our expanding catering business. The Hitchin' Kitchen was successfully tested last season

at Cashier's Groovin' on the Green on summer weekend nights.  Complete with a fryer, griddle, and refrigeration system we

are able to offer freshly grilled meats and fries, cold salads and much more.
